Basic Working Theory:
   
This kind of machine is equipped with PLC control system,operating manual in English, pneumatic operated, clamping by hydraulic cylinders actuated by pneumatic cylinders.Moreover,It is also equipped with de-flashing system, resulting in saving time and manual cost for clients.

Yes, most of  TONVA machines can be customized as per clients requirements, including structure special design and brand of parts special requets.
 How about the molds ?
Tonva has its own mold workshop for injection and blowing mold. Machine and mold can be tested for samples and smooth matching before shipping. Mold raw material is various for optional.
 What is the business item for this project ?
  a. Delivery Date: within 6 months after receiving the deposit and samples/drawing confirmation by buyer and TONVA.
  b. Port of Loading: NINGBO, CHINA.
  c. Payment: 30% TT deposit, balance before shipment
                        or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
   d. Container needed: two 40HQ containers.

How is TONVA after-sales service?
 a. Inspection
Before delivery, TONVA takes responsibility to finish the machine in time and send the right samples to clients for approval. Clients also are welcome to TONVA factory to inspect the testing of machine, so that the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation once reach the client's factory.
 b. Debugging Instruction
TONVA takes responsibility to have debugging overseas, and client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, food, vehicle ;
Before Tonva's engineers arrive at the buyer's factory, the buyer must make sure that all of equipments are put in the correct position in their factory, the raw material, power and water supply must be ready in the factory.
 C. User Training
TONVA takes responsibility to indoctrinate technical training in both TONVA and clients' factory to the users, so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
  What is the warranty period?
a. TONVA machine main parts is one year warranty with a lifelong maintenance.
b. Mould within one year or 1 million warranty.
