The series withdrawable handcart functional unit is used in conjunction with vacuum circuit breakers and other electrical equipment projects. The handcart is equipped with different primary element devices, which can have the functions of busbar connection, energy measurement, overload or short circuit protection of power equipment, and as a protection function unit during system maintenance.

ZN88C-12 circuit breaker adopts standardized design, with high interchangeability, and products of the same specification can be e

3.Circuit breaker structure and working principle
3.1 Main structure
The circuit breaker arranges the main circuit and the operating mechanism back and forth to form an overall layout. This

3.2 Main circuit structure

3.3 Operating mechanism
The operating mechanism is a spring energy storage mechanism, with a modular design, simple and reasonable structure, high mechanical strength and rigidity, thus ensuring that the mechanical performance of the circuit breaker is stable and reliable. The operating mechanism is composed of closing unit, opening, energy storage unit, indicating device and other parts. There are closing and opening buttons in the front, manual energy storage operation lever, spring energy storage status and closing and opening indication signs, etc. , The operation is simple and convenient.

3.4 Energy storage
The energy required for closing the circuit breaker is provided by the closing spring. The energy storage can be done either by the motor or by inserting the energy storage handle into the manual energy storage hole and shaking it clockwise for manual completion. 3.5 Closing
During the closing process, you can manually press the "closing button" or remote operation to make the closing electromagnet move the switch into the closing state. 3.6 Open
