2.Main Characteristic:
(1) Double stations,single layer,accumulator type die-head,100mm screw,45kw motor,for PE/PP/PS material;
(2) Max capacity: 20L;
(3) Output: 20L---around 120BPH;
(4) All movements by hydraulic system;
(5) Power supply: 380VAC,50HZ. (depending on clients' country);
(6) MOOG 100 Points Parison Controller.
3.Application:
Suitable for various materials, such as PE/PP/PVC/PS/EVOH/EVA/PET etc. They are used to produce various kinds of plastic products, such as oil barrel, sprayer barrel, cosmetics bottle, Pharmaceutical Bottle, food package, plastic toys, Christmas ball, plastic experimental apparatus and auto-parts etc.
Basic Working Theory:
This kind of machine is equipped with PLC control system,operating manual in English, pneumatic operated, clamping by hydraulic cylinders actuated by pneumatic cylinders.Moreover,It is also equipped with de-flashing system, resulting in saving time and manual cost for clients.
4.Main Configuration:
(1) Screw: specially designed based on material's trait, high quality nitriding steel
38CrMoAl,with nitriding surface HV≥800,brittleness≤2;
(2) Barrel: high quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding surface HV≥900,brittleness≤2;
(3) Drive mode: inverter and hard gear surface decelerator;
(4) Temperature controlling: automatic temperature control model;
(5) Cooling Mode: adopting water cooler for the processing zone, fan cooler for the rest zones;
(6) Die-head system: the melting plastic out of the extrusion system is divided through the core parts of die-head, distributed by the die-head channel to become several shaped sections;
(7) Clamping system: fixed clamping system, double tie-bar,single cylinder clamping wider space for the mould, installing and dismantling the mould easily, linear roll guide rail;
(8) PLC and HMI: adopting PLC to control the action program of the whole machine; adopting HMI for communication, parameter setting, modification and picture display; every parameter could be set and modified directly with the complete obstacle self-diagnosing function, menu operated directly and conveniently;
(9) Extrusion motor: with the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface decelerator driving, saving power, lower noise, balanced and stable screw rotation;
(10) Stretching and Blowing Unit: The blow pin and stretch pin will have pneumatically operated vertical and horizontal movements and are suitable for Jerry cans and Wide mouth jars. The vertical position can be adjusted depending on the mould level.
(11) Hydraulic System for Split Moulds: Special arrangement for moulds fitted with hydraulic cylinders for ring formation or easy removal of deep handled containers. The system works in synchronisation with the machine cycle.
(12) Hydraulic Shooting Unit: The standard pneumatic shooting unit will be replaced by the hydraulic unit consisting of:

The large setting platen is suitable for various sizes of moulds. Moreover, adopts accumulator die head, with high quality nitrogen treatment and hardness of surface, resulting smooth flow and quick parison ejiection.
