It is a semi auto machine that blows 5 gallon water bottles. The simplest explanation is a machine that can blow plastic particles or prepared preform into bottles through certain technological means. It has one main machine and one oven. It is easy to operate. Adopting high pressure clamping, automatic stretch Blow Molding Machine makes self-adjustment in accordance with the different pressure needed during production, thus ensures the super clamping force. Its capacity is 90-220BPH.

Main Features
1.Adopting double crank to adjust mould, heavy locking mould, stable and fast ,Adopt infrared oven to heat the preform, the preform rotated and heated equally.
2.The air system has been divided into two parts: physical movement of machine and blowing movement. It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shaped bottles.
3.The machine is also equipped with muffler and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical part of the machine.
4.The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the semi-auto mode. 5.The machine is small with low investment, easy to operate.
