Accumulator Series Brief Introduction:

Ø This series is applicable for PE/PP/PS/PC raw material,and capacity between 10L and 50L .It is widely used in plastic barrel,tool boxes,hollow desk board,chairs,auto parts and other large and medium-sized plastic hollow products. 
Ø Adopts accumulator die head,with high quality nitrogen treatment and hardness of surface,resulting smooth flow and quick parison ejection.
ØBased on products,equip with 30 points or 100 points standard parison controller,to control the thickness of parison precisely.

Main Features:
--- Screw:
Specially designed based on material's trait,high quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding surface HV≥800,brittleness≤2.
--- Barrel:
High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding surface HV≥900,brittleness≤2.
--- Drive mode:
inverter and hard gear surface decelerator.
--- Temperature controlling:
PID&PWM temperature control model.
--- Mode of cooling:
Adopt water cooler for the processing zone, fan cooler for the rest zones.
--- Die head system:
The melting plastic out of the extrusion system is divided through the core parts of  die head, distributed by the die head channel to become several peach shaped sections.
--- Clamping system:
Four tie rod hydraulic clamping,  the structure is compact,effective mold size increase 25%,four clamping pull rod center,guide rails positioning accurate.
--- PLC and HMI:
Adopt PLC to control the action program of the whole machine; adopt HMI for communication, parameter setting, modification and picture display; 
--- Extrusion motor:
With the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface decelerator driving, saving power, lower noise, balanced and stable screw rotation.
--- Parison control system:
Adopt imported Japan MOOG 100 points parison controller,  cooperating with special electronic scale,  make the parison thickness can be freely adjusted during ejection, to meet ideal requirements.
--- Down blowing system:
Adopt 38CrMoAlA for down blowing pin, precise action.
